In
December, 2002, the Oregon
Downtown Development Association (ODDA) published the Resource
Team Report for revitalization of the Scappoose Downtown. The aim
of that report was:
"to
bring the community together to discuss a shared vision of downtown's future,
then articulate those ideas into conceptual drawings and supporting text."
Below
is the ODDA Downtown Conceptual Plan for Scappoose, showing "how the downtown
core [is] strengthened, and connected, through streetscape treatments and infill
design."
These
drawings and text, referenced by the BDAC throughout this website, are
identified by the letters 'ODDA'.
